Police audio apparently captured the tense moments, with a dispatcher explaining, Were talking to the girlfriend she is saying he is armed and has a history of mental illness He will end it all.Another dispatcher noted that Kneelands family had received a goodbye group text from him, leaving loved ones desperately worried for his safety.
