#Roommates, if youre a fan of McDonalds then you know that one of the most frustrating things is the McFlurry machine constantly being out of servicewell the company is apologizing for its McFlurry issuesbut it has nothing to do with the machine being down. As part of a brand new promotion, McDonalds is giving away free McFlurries on May 4th to apologize to all the people who are constantly confusing the McFlurry spoon for a straw.
@People reports, McDonalds has decided to do something nice for the millions of people who love its popular McFlurriesand it comes in the form of giving them away for free. If youve ever confused your McFlurry spoon for a straw, McDonalds is making it up to you by offering a free one on May 4th. The free McFlurry is the newest flavor, Caramel Brownie, for a limited time only.
All customers will receive a free Caramel Brownie McFlurry with no purchase necessary. You can get yours via the McDonalds app or delivery on Uber Eats from May 3rd until May 5th with a $15 purchase.
To announce the promotion, McDonalds said in a statement, While we can’t change the iconic hollow spoon (a key piece of the mixing process), we can help ease the sting of your facepalm upon figuring out how to use it.
Additionally, the company also explained that the design of the McFlurry spoon is because it allows it to be attached to the McFlurry machine for mixing.
