Meg Recently Threw Shade Back At Charlamagne Tha God

Megan Thee Stallion has been taking over social media ever since she kicked off her ‘Hot Girl Summer’ tour alongside GloRilla in May. The Houston Hottie has achieved much success since embarking on the trek.

Earlier this week, the ‘BOA’ artist uploaded a carousel of photos on Instagram to share some of her favorite moments from her tour with her fans. The caption on her post hinted at some shade for ‘Breakfast Club’ host Charlamagne Tha God. She had bullet points explaining each photo in the carousel.

For her sixth bullet point, Meg explained that she would gloat about her milestones and addressed those who doubted her capacity to perform in arenas.

6. Ima pop my s**t for a second lol but people questioned if I was an arena artist, she wrote. anddd I meanŸŸ teehee.

See the post for yourself below.

You might recall that back in May, Charlamagne spoke about Megan Thee Stallion’s ‘Hot Girl Summer’ tour during an episode of his radio show. The host questioned if Meg was an “arena artist” after Ticketmaster reportedly began to sell tickets for her tour for as low as $24.

If shes doing arenas, she shouldnt be doing arenas. Shes not an arena artist. Salute to Megan Thee Stallion, but shes not an arena artist, maybe a theatre artist. Arenas is a lot,he said.

However, despite Charlamagne’s claims, Meg’s tour is doing numbers! She has sold out numerous arenas, including Madison Square Garden, throughout her voyage with GloRilla.

Note that Charlamagne already backpedaled on his comments soon after he initially made them.

I asked the question yesterday: Is Megan Thee Stallion an arena artist? Cleary, we got our answer, Jess just said that she sold out 13 arena stops and I think I read over 240,000 tickets across North America and Europe. So yeah, if youre selling out arenas, clearly youre an arena artist,he said.
