It’s over! According to the documents obtained by TMZ, Nazanin Mandi, the wife of Miguel has filed for divorce.
If you recall, the two announced in September 2021 that they were separating after 17 years together. However, they were seemingly back together this February. Although at the time, they didn’t confirm a reconciliation, their captions shared along with the photos were very telling. Nazanin wrote, “Heal the root, so the tree is stable.” She continued, “I’m so proud of us.” Meanwhile, Miguel shared a similar sentiment saying, “Love heals” and adding, “Proud of us.” Both signed their captions using Miguel’s last name Pimentel.
Things took a positive turn In March when Miguel and Nazanin stepped into The Shade Room to give an update on the status of the relationship. While at the Smoking Grooves Festival, the ‘Adorn’ singer confirmed that they had worked things out and were still together after announcing their split.
Unfortunately, it looks like throughout the past eight months, somewhere, things took a turn. TMZ also reports that Nazanin cites irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split, and she says there is a prenup in place. News of the marriage coming to an end has the Roommates shook.
One commented, “Damn, it’s been divorces filed left and right all day. This is crazyyyyyy.” Another commented, “Why is everyone getting a divorce today?” As we reported earlier, Tia Mowry filed for divorce from her estranged husband, Cory Hardrict, after 14 years of marriage. In addition, Tom Brady and wife Gisele Bündchen have reportedly retained divorce attorneys.
