TSR Exclusive: By now, I’m sure all of y’all saw DJ Khaled running from a thirst trap on his recent IG Live.
In the video, DJ Khaled attempts to shield his eyes as a woman tries to twerk for him on live as he begs her to stop before he ultimately hangs up on her.
The hilarious viral video had some people praising Khaled for being respectful of his family while questioning why the woman in the video was acting up knowing Khaled is a married man.
Well now, the model, who goes by the name of Sophia James, is speaking in her defense saying she meant no disrespect when she did what she did. Sophia tells us she thought Khaled’s live was supposed to be like Tory Lanez’s “Quarantine Radio.”
She learned after the fact that was not the vibe. “I respect DJ Khaled and his beautiful wife and family,” she said. As imagined though, Sophia said since the video, it’s been going down in her DMs.
Sophia said she has received a lot of negative feedback and harassment from people saying she is going to “cause a divorce.”
“I’m more than sure to bank his marriage is stronger than an IG live video gone viral,” Sophia explained.
In addition to the hate, Sophia claims she also has a few rappers in her DMs. Though she didn’t want to name names, she did allege that a few of them were featured on some of DJ Khaled’s recent albums.
But as far as DJ Khaled goes, Sophia made it clear that there was nothing going on.
