More Real Housewives Are On The Way!

The Real Housewives franchise is expanding! This January, RHO is heading to Maryland! Potomac, Maryland to be exact.

Potomac is relatively close to Washington, D.C. And is one of those upper scale, and cozy communities with gated mansions, extravagant cars, country clubs, and apparently some TV worthy housewives; not to mention African-American!

RHOP is set to follow Six wealthy African-American families who have broken racial barriers and because of their hard work and success, now reside in the sophisticated community.

We hear RHOP will be following: Gizelle Bryant (socialite and single mom), Katie Rost (international model and TV personality), grand dame Karen Huger, Charrisse Jackson-Jordan (social butterfly), Robyn Dixon (publicist and single mom), and last but not least, restaurateur, Ashley Darby.

According to Bravo, it’s looking like “Potomac residents throw a lot of parties, and place a strong emphasis on the distinction between old money versus new money and proper etiquette.”

Let Gizelle tell it, if you’re one of those people who say “I never even heard of Potomac,” then the secret was well kept!

“If you haven’t heard of Potomac, that’s fine, because that means we’ve done a great job of keeping it a nice, little secret,” Gizelle said.

We don’t know about yall but we are uber excited to get into this new edition! Catch RHOP Sunday, January 17th at 9/8c!

One more thing! Potomac may not be your cup of tea but how about Dallas?! We heard everything was bigger there. More details on the way! 2016 is looking like it’s set to be a good year for the real housewives!
