According to a report published by WISN on Monday, July 14, the outlet obtained new surveillance footage showing the moment White was abducted on the evening of Friday, July 11. Furthermore, the footage shows a white Jeep driving alongside White as the 7-year-old rode his bike in front of his home. At one point, the Jeep then stops, blocking the driveway of the White family’s home. Two men then exit the vehicle, one seemingly wearing a black hoodie and the other wearing a grey hoodie.
Furthermore, the suspect in the black hoodie attempts to chase White’s father into the house. Meanwhile, the grey hooded suspect chases and picks up the 7-year-old, placing White inside the jeep. Per the outlet, the man with the black hoodie was armed with a gun.
Before the footage concludes, White’s father and other family members can be seen running out of the home, distressed.
“We don’t have any answers, and I feel like that is what is bothering the family a lot. I feel like a lot of us are unsettled,” Simone White, Jamal’s aunt, told the outlet on Monday, July 14.

According to WISN, Jamal White and his father were returning from a nearby park when the incident unfolded on July 11. The incident reportedly occurred around 7 p.m., and an Amber Alert for White was issued around midnight that evening.
Amid search efforts the following day, the 7-year-old was found at a residential home seven miles from where he was abducted. As The Shade Room previously reported, a 25-year-old suspect is in custody and will face charges. Per WISN, the motive behind the kidnapping and the White family’s connection to the suspect remains unclear. At this time, the 7-year-old is reportedly in with Child Protective Services as he awaits to reunite with his family.
