Its a new day in the entertainment world as two foes seem to be ready to bury the hatchet. Im talking about Nicki Minaj and Wendy Williams.
The two ladies shocked fans when they recently showed love to one another in their own way and though I wouldnt necessarily call them besties or even friends just yet, it seems the two are finally in a space where they can acknowledge each other respectfully.
So, how did this beef seemingly get squashed? Well, Wendy Williams was speaking with a guest on her show during Mondays episode when she mentioned Nicki Minaj.
It wasnt Wendys usual banter or snide comments, though. The talk show host surprised the Barbz and fans of the show when she gave props to Nicki.
But Nicki, to me, is definitely an icon and definitely a legend, Wendy told her guest. Shes done things that these young girls havent even touched, even though they have hit music, but Nicki is different than the rest.
People were admittedly surprised to see Wendy give Nicki her flowers given their tumultuous past, so you can only imagine how shocked fans really were when Nicki returned the love to Wendy.
Under a Nicki fan page, Nicki Minaj left a comment for Wendy and tagged her.

Theyve come a long way from the place they were about a year ago. Its understood that shade and gossip is Wendys business but there were times Nicki felt the talk show host went too far, specifically when Wendy mentioned Nickis husband, Kenneth Petty.
