Oop! Hold on! Roomies, Malika Haqq and her child’s father and rapper O.T. Genasis seemingly traded shots on Instagram recently.
Malika Haqq had some words for O.T. Genasis after he made remarks about their co-parenting relationship in an exclusive Us Weekly interview.
Roomies, if you recall, the former couple is not together anymore; however, they do share a 4-year-old son named Ace.
As The Shade Room previously reported, in the Us Weekly interview published on July 19, O.T. Genasis described his relationship with Malika and the mother of his oldest son as “amazing”
Both of my kids mothers are amazing. Theyre great mothers. Obviously, youre going to have your differences, but I wouldnt trade it for anything,” he explained.
Chile! Malika was not here O.T.’s comments. In fact, the reality star reposted the interview on her Instagram Stories calling all of it fake. “This fake s**t irks me,” she wrote.
O.T. Genasis didn’t hesitate to respond to Haqq, also writing on his Instagram Stories, “YOU OFFERED ME 100K to have another baby with you, and I said ‘NO’ Lol! Still Love you and speak highly every time.”
Commenters under The Shade Room’s Instagram report claimed to see nothing wrong with Malika wanting to have another child by the same man. Others actually compared her to her bestie Khloe Kardashian, who has two children with Tristan Thompson.
Instagram user @cookingwithval wrote, “Sounds like she just wants the same father for her child.”
Instagram user @the1sakchasingriss wrote, “She def was on the Kardashians show telling Khloe she wanted another child lmaooo”
While Instagram user @letroydavis wrote, “Malika having 100k to spare is a flex in itself!”
Then Instagram user @sippi_chic wrote, “I would rather have 2 different baby fathers instead of 2 kids by the same deadbeat ”
Another Instagram user @bambidaily wrote, “She wanted 1 baby daddy like Khloe, and Kylie.”
Instagram user @ms.hannigan wrote, “I dont think his clap back hit like he thought it would. 1. She wanted the baby not you and 2. She thought you could use the money. Still didnt address the fake co-parenting news”
Finally, Instagram user @free2bemearies wrote, “She ain’t no different from her bestie boo. She just wanted her kids to have the same DNA. Has nothing to do with your parenting skills.”
According to Us Weekly, Malika and O.T. dated on and off from 2017 to 2019 before deciding to end their relationship.
Furthermore, Malika confirmed her pregnancy in September 2019 with O.T.’s paternity.
In February 2020, she hopped on the gram after her baby shower to share her thoughts on the news and her relationship with O.T. Genasis at the time.
Relationships dont always work out the way we would hope but between love & friendship we have created a baby boy that will be here very soon,” she reportedly wrote at the time.
