TSR Updatez: Responding to Evelyn Lozada’s lawsuit accusing her of defamation, “Basketball Wives” star Ogom “OG” Chijindu is countersuing Evelyn, claiming the drama landed her in the hospital.
OG said after she was sued by Evelyn back in October, she suffered severe chest pains in the new suit, according to TMZ. OG claims the pains were so bad, she had to go to the emergency room for treatment, according to the new lawsuit.
In the court docs, OG says Evelyn is quick to file a lawsuit “for the purpose of financial gain and media attention.” OG backed up her claim by providing a list of several lawsuits Evelyn has filed in the past.
To catch y’all up on this Basketball Wives beef, Evelyn sued OG for defamation, alleging that OG calling her a racist bigot cost her real money.
The beef between the ladies got so bad that Evelyn eventually filed a restraining order against OG, but a judge ultimately denied Ev’s request.
