Cherie and Dustin Walker, an Oklahoma mother and stepfather, have reportedly been arrested and charged. This, after Cherie’s 11-year-old daughter allegedly gave birth to Dustin’s child.
According to NBC News, Dustin Walker is accused of sexually abusing the 11-year-old. This, reportedly resulting in the child in the child giving birth to a full-term baby in their home on August 16, 2025. Furthermore, the outlet reports that Cherie and Dustin Walker alleged they were unaware that the child was pregnant. Additionally, it is being reported that neither of them took the 11-year-old to the doctor in over a year.
Per the outlet, on Monday, August 25, test results revealed that Dustin Walker has a 99.9% DNA match as the baby’s father.
Per the outlet, Cherie and Dustin Walker were arrested last week. Both were originally charged with “felony child neglect” since they initially claimed they were unaware of the 11-year-old’s pregnancy. Then, on Monday, Dustin’s charges were reportedly upgraded to include sexual abuse, while Cherie Walker was also charged with “enabling child sexual abuse.”
Furthermore, the couple is also facing five more felony charges of child neglect for the 2-year-old, 4-year-old, 6-year-old, 7-year-old, and 9-year-old children they share. NBC News reports that the children were “living in deplorable conditions” with the pair.
“The victims were found to be living in dog feces and had no clothing on,” court documents reportedly state.
Per the outlet, Cherie and Dustin Walker have had their bonds set at $100,000 each. They both are facing up to life in prison. Meanwhile, the New York Post reports that Cherie’s mother, a woman identified as Michelle, has alleged that her family was unaware of the sexual abuse. Michelle reportedly believes a 12-year-old boy is the father of the 11-year-old’s child despite the DNA test results.
“Theyve made my daughter and my son-in-law a monster. They are not. They love those children. They love them,” she reportedly told the press.
Months before the arrest of Cherie and Dustin Walker, the Oklahoma mother and stepfather, a father in West Virginia made headlines, accused of a similar crime. As The Shade Room previously reported, in June, Kenneth Ray Cook was hit with 152 criminal charges. This, allegedly, for sexually assaulting his daughter for over a decade.
Furthermore, Cook reportedly welcomed three kids with his daughter.
