Roommates, grab your tissues as congratulations are in order for Noah Lyles and Junelle Bromfield, who have officially announced their engagement.
On Sunday (Oct. 13), Noah Lyles shared the big news in a joint post with Junelle Bromfield on Instagram. The Olympic gold medalist uploaded a video on his official page confirming that he proposed on Saturday (Oct. 12). Set to Snoh Aalegra’s ‘DO 4 LOVE,’ the footage shows the couple walking into a stunning set up decorated with pink roses and candles, eventually leading to a huge heart featuring a glowing sign that reads, “Will You Marry Me?”
Noah captioned the sweet moment, “To My Future Wife I Will Love You Forever ”
Noah Lyles and Junelle Bromfield showed out for the monumental occasion. Junelle looked gorgeous in a sparkling silver dress and matching heels, while Noah rocked a sharp black suit with gold detailing.
Junelle also dropped a video from the moment, dancing with her girls in front of the pink and white decor and then giving a close-up of her blinged-out engagement ring.
The Roommates flooded The Shade Room’s Instagram report with their reactions. Noah and Junelle’s engagement sparked a wave of congratulations and excitement as everyone celebrated their relationship and love story blossoming.

NBC Sports reports that Noah Lyles, 27, and Junelle Bromfield, 26, have known each other for eight years and started dating in the summer of 2022.
Both athletes competed in the last two Olympics. Lyles snagged the 200m bronze at the Tokyo and Paris Games and became the first United States man to win the Olympic 100m since 2004. Bromfield was part of Jamaica’s women’s 4×400 relay team that took home the bronze medal in Tokyo in 2021.
