Phaedra Parks and Chris ‘CT’ Tamburellojust confirmedtheir new romance to the public. But that didn’t stop his estranged wife, Catalina White, from adding her two cents. Now, fans are cuttin’ up with reactions to the apparent love triangle and pending paperwork.
So, what’s up with Phaedra Parks and CT? She finally delivered the truth about their current stance during a September 4 appearance on ‘Jeff Lewis Live.’ When asked whether their upcoming date night to the Emmys was meant to be platonic, she replied, “It’s not.” Also, she confirmed that she would be CT’s date at the Creative Arts Emmy on Sept. 5, which did happen.
It could be that the new pair might’ve gotten close while filming season two of the show, ‘The Traitors,’ which aired in 2024. While speaking on ‘Phil Lewis Live’ she confirmed that she’d previously been out with CT, but didn’t specify the date their romance began. Instead, she said it all popped off that “last time” she visited Los Angeles. The new pair are expected to make an appearance in New York this week for a work commitment.
After E! News reported on CT Tamburello and Phaedra Parks’ relationship, Catalina White made her appearance! She slid into the media outlet’s Instagram comment section with a short but pointed message.
White commented, “Sign the papers,” with three clapping hand emojis.
Additionally, White reportedly told TMZ in early August that her and CT Tamburello’s divorce is “taking a while” and hasn’t been finalized. She and CT married on October 15, 2024 in Florida and don’t share any kids together. According to PEOPLE, Catalina filed to paperwork to split on January 9 of this year, listing their marriage as “irretrievably broken.”It’s unclear what exactly is causing the divorce hold-up. She requested that the judge wave alimony for either party, but is reportedly seeking an equal divide of their marital assets and debt. CT Tamburello later responded to her petition, agreeing with the “broken” label on the marriage and seeking a dissolution of it.
Meanwhile, in The Shade Room’s IG comment section, the roommates didn’t hold back their thoughts on the situation. More than 3,000 comments later, the feedback was mixed. Some emphasized CT Tamburello’s marital status and called out Phaedra Parks for going that route in dating. Others even made comparisons to Claressa Shields’ situation with Papoose, who is allegedly still legally married to Remy Ma. A few dropped Nene Leakers infamous, “Close your legs to married men” line” while some roomies cracked jokes. Also, roommates appeared to agree with Catalina White’s demand for CT to “sign the papers.”
