Play With Me If You Want To! Rihanna Sends Trump A Cease & Desist For Playing Her Music At His Rallies

Rihanna is making it loud and clear to Donald Trump that she would like for him to stop playing her music at his lil’ rallies! Sis means business because she sent Donnie’s team a cease and desist!

According to TMZ, Rihanna’s legal team sent a legal letter to Donnie and his people after word got back to RiRi that he was playing her song “Don’t Stop the Music” at his rally in Tennessee on Sunday.

“It’s been said a million times, but here’s a million and one — Trump’s rallies are unlike anything else in politics. Currently, Rihanna’s “Don’t Stop the Music” is blaring in Chattanooga as aides toss free Trump T-shirts into the crowd, like a ball game. Everyone’s loving it,” Phillip Rucker, Political Analyst for MSNBC & NBC News tweeted Sunday.

Rihanna responded and said, “Not for much longer…me nor my people would ever be at or around one of those tragic rallies, so thanks for the heads up philip!”

Trump has been using Rihanna’s music “in connection with a number of political events held across the United States.”

The legal letter also says that Rihanna hasn’t given Donnie permission to use any of her songs at his rallies and if he does it again she will sue him!

Trump might have to start playing some elevator music at his rallies because Rihanna is just one of many celebs who have asked Trump to stop playing their music. Prince, Pharrell Williams and Steven Tyler have let their voices be heard regarding their music.

“THIS IS NOT ABOUT DEMS VS. REPUB. I DO NOT LET ANYONE USE MY SONGS WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. MY MUSIC IS FOR CAUSES NOT FOR POLITICAL CAMPAIGNS OR RALLIES. PROTECTING COPYRIGHT AND SONGWRITERS IS WHAT I’VE BEEN FIGHTING FOR EVEN BEFORE THIS CURRENT ADMINISTRATION TOOK OFFICE,” Steven tweeted a few months ago.
