President Donald Trump Tells Asian American Journalist To “Ask China” And Abruptly Ends Press Conference

President Donnie cut up at his press conference, today. During a briefing, Trump had some interesting remarks to say to an Asian American journalist.

Weija Jiang, a CBS journalist, wanted to know why the viral pandemic and testing were a global competition to him, and he replied in a way that only he could.

She stated, “You said many times that the U.S. is doing far better than any other country, when it comes to testing,” the journalist stated. “Why does that matter?  Why is this a global competition to you, if everyday Americans are still losing their lives and we’re still seeing more cases everyday?”

“Well, they’re losing their lives everywhere in the world. Maybe that’s a question you should ask China. Don’t ask me. Ask China that question, OK?” Donnie stated. “ When you ask them that question, you may get a very unusual answer,” he continued.

As he proceeded to answer the next question from a different journalist, Weija Jiang followed up with, “Sir, why are you saying that to me, specifically? That I should ask China?”

He replied, “I’m telling you. I’m not saying it specifically to anybody.” He continued, “I’m saying it to anybody who would ask a nasty question like that.”

Jiang responded, “That’s not a nasty question.” She proceeded to continue, but was unable to finish her statement, as Donnie pointed to another journalist.

According to Deadline, Jiang was born in China, but moved to the United States, when she was two years old.

“Jiang was born in China but immigrated to West Virginia when she was two years old. In March, she said that an unidentified White House official called the coronavirus the “kung flu.” Trump and other administration officials at the time were referring to the virus as the “China virus.”

Also, according to Deadline, he abruptly ended the press conference, after this interaction..
