Did Queen Naija and ClarenceNYC accidentally give fans a hint about their baby’s gender? The couple recently opened up about their pregnancy in a new YouTube video. While discussing their growing family, the couple also shared when they learned they were expecting, answered questions from fans, and addressed speculation surrounding their engagement and pregnancy timeline.
On Wednesday, Oct. 7, Queen Naija and ClarenceNYC dropped a new YouTube video giving fans more details about their newest bundle of joy on the way. During the video, Queen revealed that she and Clarence already know the babys gender. However, fans will have to wait a little longer for the official update, as the couple plans to announce it during a gender reveal before the baby shower. The couple then addressed one of the biggest questions from supporters: whether they want a boy or a girl. The two immediately smiled and laughed before agreeing they would like to have a girl.

While the baby’s gender had fans talking, Queen and Clarence also used the video to clear up speculation about when they got engaged in relation to the pregnancy. After the couple announced their pregnancy, some critics claimed that he only popped the question because Queen was pregnant. However, Queen made it clear that the timeline was actually the opposite. The couple explained that they found out Queen was pregnant after Clarence proposed, putting to rest speculation that the pregnancy influenced the engagement. Clarence also joked about the timing, saying, “I think we got pregnant because I proposed,”further emphasizing that the pregnancy came after the engagement.
