On Friday, March 29, K. Michelle took to Instagram to share a carousel post with fans. In the caption of the post, she shared words for Beyonc. K. Michelle explained that she was “in tears” and thanked Beyonc for giving her her flowers.
“Beyonceeeeeeeeeeeee! WOW! This is soooo nice. One of the nicest things EVER, Im in tears. Thank you for giving me my flowers, they are so beautiful,” the singer wrote.
K. Michelle explained that she’s been “so nervous” about releasing her upcoming debut country album. However, Bey’s gift “fueled the fire.”
“Im so nervous about FINALLY getting to put out my first country album, and this just fueled the fire ,” she continued before congratulating Bey on the release of ‘Cowboy Carter,’ her debut country album. “Im so motivated. Congratulations on another ICONIC ALBUM AND ERA. Look forward to seeing you soon. Do your thing Cowboy Carter @beyonce YOU ROCK. So much love and support 4u”
The singer’s carousel post featured four slides and showed that along with a bouquet of flowers, Bey also sent K. a sweet note.
