NBA YoungBoy recently sat down with Funny Marco in Korea for the latest episode of his popular Open Thoughts interview series.
During the interview, YoungBoy revealed that music is no longer where his heart is or what he wants to focus on. The rapper ultimately shared that he feels like he only has one or two more albums and one tour left in him.
YoungBoy also spoke about struggling with fame, his upcoming album, and his current plans for his touring schedule. Additionally, he shared his thoughts about living in Korea and whether he could eventually see himself moving back to America.
While discussing his future with music and touring, YoungBoy also opened up about a health concern he kept private while on the road. This, when Funny Marco asked NBA YoungBoy if he ever had a moment where he was like, “Wow, this is too much.”
The rapper revealed that he received concerning news from a doctor while on his MASA Tour:
The doctor told me the left side of my heart was swollen. I never told nobody, I just kept doing every show. I finished my route out like that. My heart is still kind of enlarged on this side. That explains the migraines, right? This s**t hurting.
As the clip of NBA YoungBoy discussing his heart began circulating online, Rakai reacted to the news on stream.
The streamer offered a prayer alongside his chat, asking God to watch over YoungBoy and bring healing to his body. Rakai also prayed for YoungBoys continued success and asked God to bring happiness and joy into his life throughout his healing journey.
Furthermore, while YoungBoy was live, a fan even entered the chat ready to offer support, writing, If you need a heart lmk. YoungBoy kindly responded to the fan, writing, Give me your heart then.
