Roommates, it looks like Remy Ma isn’t backing down from trading insults with Claressa Shields. This week, Shields threw shade the rapper’s way by appearing to call her a “loser” in one comment and a “b***h” in another. Now, Rem is seemingly clapping back by calling the boxer “panini” PRESSED. Even Papoose got called out!
And that’s really what happened. In an Instagram Story post early Thursday, Remy shared a photo of a sandwich sitting in a panini press. The text appeared to be directed at Claressa Shields. The boxer has been giving fiery answers to internet users who have been mentioning Remy Ma lately.
“Mr. & Mrs. Panini bothering me AGAIN I’m minding my business,” the rapper wrote, adding her song ‘Wanna Go’ to the post.
It appears she also added a red X over the “s” in Mrs., which reactions to the post say could be playing into the online narrative of “Clarence” or the fact that Claressa is not Papoose’s wife. She linked the music video to her new song ‘Say Yea’ with Millyz and added the words, “My business.”
In The Shade Room’s Instagram comment section, the roommates are divided on who’s wrong for keeping the back and forth going. More than 4,000 reactions filled the comment section within a few hours.
@smichawn_33 appeared to side with Remy Ma, writing, “Shes responding to being constantly spoken on by her husbands mistress, but nobody sees that. That girl was on a 24 hour twitter rant, yet yall are mad at Remy behind two pressed sandwiches. Lol.”
@itskeiliddy_ also said, “Same way they Troll Remy , Remy can troll them back! Y’all never even really see or hear Remy even mentioning them. Ofc Clarissa keep throwing shots, she gotta do too much to prove her position with Pap girl please .”
Meanwhile, @miroquai reminded everyone: “Its been two years and Remy & Pap still arent divorced ”
“Claressa brought remi up ANYTIME she could , she speaks on her soooo much now remi giving the energy back she pressed and bothered PUHLEASEEEEEE,” @so.shaqueenaa added.
On the other hand, @attractifff appeared to give Claressa Shields grace, writing, “Remy obsessed.”
@juicy_jays_kitchen commented, “Ive seen so many interviews where she speaks on a marriage she wasnt apart of. Now, this.”
@auntierebe observed, “Claressa moving like a female who dont feel secure in her spot. You got the man.. so why the extra.”
And @aataylor868 took no sides, throwing shots at the love triangle, “But when i say Remy is also the problem and corny AF. Folks get mad and computer keyboard cuss me out in the comments They are all corny. Remy pressed, Claressa pressed and the only person who not pressed is Pap. Cause they making him feel like the prize hes NOT!!!! If shes not pressed why she responds, and not with word but music videos, if theyre all happy in their situationships why not just keep quiet and off the Net. And please finalize the divorce so people can just move along ”

The public beef timeline between Remy Ma and Claressa Shields goes back to December 2024. That’s when Ma first exposed Papoose and Claressa’s relationship. This summer, especially, the insults have been spicy!
In June, Claressa clarified that she wasn’t “pressed” over Ma’s feature on the song, ‘Ever Since U Left Me.’ She also said that “if a b***h ain’t saying [her] name she not dissing” her. Then in late July, Claressa went viral after clocking an Atlanta radio host who posed a question about Papoose as Shields dating “somebody’s husband.” To date, there’s been no public confirmation of a divorce between Remy Ma and Papoose.
Also, in early August, Remy Ma seemed to mention Papoose by name while performing her song, ‘W.Y.F.L.’ at Angie Martinez’s summer BBQ. “You always acting like you helped. Pap, n***a go help yourself,” she rapped. Following that performance, Claressa Shields dropped several messages about being focused on her boxing match and locked in on the “big picture.”
Ahead of Claressa’s match in Atlanta, Princess of Crime Mob revealed the boxer had blocked her. She had repeatedly asked for her ‘Knuck If You Buck’ verse to be featured in the boxer’s walk-out. Soon after that viral moment, Remy Ma made a diss track sampling, ‘Knuck If You Buck.’ Aterward, she used a video of Claressa to promote the song.
Most recently, Remy Ma shared a post of her kicking it with Claressa Shields’ rival boxers, Alycia Baumgardner and Amanda Serrano. In a few X posts, Shields talked about “3 loser btchs linking up” and “3 btcs who can’t whoop” her. She went further, writing, “Weak a** h**s.” This ultimately led to Remy Ma latest panini sandwich post.
