We reported last week that RHOA co-star Peter Thomas was facing some assault allegations! A customer at he and wife Cynthia Bailey’s bar, Sports One, claimed that Peter did some harmful things to him.
Now, RapRadar reports that just one day after the altercation, he’s been charged with simple assault.
A Mecklenburg District Court spokesperson confirmed Peter’s charges and further reveals that he will be served with a criminal summons today.
Here’s where things get weird: the day of the alleged incident, according to reports, the responding officers made a claim that no assault seemed to have occurred. But we just learned that the victim, Brandon Link, 45 pleaded his case more in depth at the magistrates office which apparently called for further investigation.
“Authorities found a compelling enough reason to call Mr. Thomas in for questioning…They want to hear his side of the story and get more answers,” a source told RapRadar.
