Mama Rih popped out to Milan Fashion Week glowing and bumpin’. And like the few times we’ve seen her out since first announcing her new motherhood journey, Rihanna didn’t shy away from showing off her growing belly. This time the singer and her boyfriend ASAP Rocky attended Gucci’s runway show. Dressed in Gucci wear, the parenthood partners looked fly enough to walk the runway themselves!
Rihanna wore a latex and lace crop top, paired with black pants that featured a red dragon stretched from waist to ankle. According to Highsnobiety,Rih’s pants were part of Gucci’s Pre-Fall 2022 collection, which debuted in Los Angeles. Rihanna wore a lilac purple coat, gleaming headpiece and necklace hanging to her belly to top off the look. To complete the look, she added bright red stilettos.
She spoke about her new motherhood journey to E!’s Justin Sylvester at a Fenty Beauty and Fenty Skin event on February 11.
When I first found out, its not real, you know? I was like, This is not for real, right?’ Rihanna said. And then, it was and its almost like you dont want to get too excited too soon because its great news, but youwant to see that its going to see its way through. And Im so glad that were this far along and now I can celebrate with everyone.”
Rih kept the world out of her business with her style choices. Prior to the reveal and subsequent bump-featured looks, sis wore loose-fitting, unsuspecting clothes . In a timeline of photos presented by E News, we see Rihanna go from oversized coats and hoodies starting in November to jackets and dresses hugging her waistline in a way that doesn’t give away the news of her blessing.
At this time, we’re not sure how far along into their pregnancy Rihanna and Rocky are, but one thing about it, Rih is bringing the heat with her choice of maternity wear!
