Sandra Bullock opened up to PEOPLE about fostering and adopting her 3½-year-old daughter, Laila. She adopted Laila from a foster care in Louisiana.
“When I look at Laila, there’s no doubt in my mind that she was supposed to be here,” Bullock said. She adopted her 5-year-old son Louis in 2010.
Bullock explained that Louis wanted a sibling and specified he wanted a sibling that had brown skin.
