Shemar Moore and his girlfriend Jesiree Dizon havesplit.TMZ reports that the coupleparted ways after five years of dating.
According to E! News, Shemar Moore and Jesiree Dizon first linked up in 2008, but they later reconnected in 2020. Three years later, in February 2023, they welcomed their daughter Frankie, who joined Jesiree’s other two children, Kaiden and Charlie, from previous relationships.
Right now, there’s no word on what exactly caused the actor and model to split, but Shemar did mention while appearing on ‘The Jennifer Hudson Show’ recently that he wasn’t interested in having more kids. He noted that his age, being 54, also influenced his choice not to grow his family.
I was raised an only child. I got all the love from my mama, and at 54, honestly, I don’t want to worry twice. God willing I make it to 90, that’s a blessed, full life for me, but that’s 37 years old for [Frankie]. So, full life for me but maybe gone too soon for her,” Moore told Jennifer Hudson.

After the breakup news started going around, Shemar addressed the negative feedback on social media. Moore also gave his ex-girlfriend her flowers for being a great mother, whom he still loves.
Shemar Moore and Jesiree Dizon called it quits just two months after he went viral for explaining why he had no plans of marrying her. Back in November, TSR reported that PEOPLE shared an exclusive interview with the ‘S.W.A.T’ star where he straight-up said marriage wasn’t on his radar.

He continued to break it down, saying he loves Jesiree and their daughter but preferred to wait until the time felt right.
