If “Dad of the Year” awards were a thing, Snoop Dogg would take the crown! While appearing on ‘The Jennifer Hudson Show,’ the West Coast icon revealed the MAJOR gift he dropped on his daughter, Cori Broadus.
Snoop Dogg and his daughter, Cori Broadus, joined Jennifer Hudson for a fun lil’ game of confessions. During the segment, Snoop spilled the tea on the most over-the-top gift he gave Cori. Additionally, the ‘Gin and Juice’ rapper admitted she hasn’t even opened it yet. He then went on to share that the BIG gift was actually a “$1 million for her wedding.”
“But Jen, I told her if it was me, ‘my wedding would’ve been for a $100 [thousand] and $900 [thousand] would’ve went in my pocket,” Snoop added.
Of course, the Roommates flooded The Shade Room’s comment section with reactions to Snoop Dogg’s big reveal. Many agreed with him, mentioning they would’ve held onto some of the coins too.

PEOPLE reports that Snoop’s big surprise for his Cori, who he shares with his wife Shante Broadus, is tied to her upcoming wedding with fianc Wayne Deuce. Cori and Wayne got engaged in November 2022, but their wedding plans hit a pause after Cori suffered a severe stroke in January. Now, fans will get an inside look at their journey to the alter in the new E! docuseries ‘Snoop’s Fatherhood: Cori and Wayne’s Story, premiering on Thursday, December 5.
