Here’s What Aries Spears Said In His Message To Black Women

Over the weekend, Spears took to his Instagram to share a video with fans. In the clip, the comedian explained that he had a “quick public service announcement” for his “beautiful, Black queens.”

To all my beautiful Black queens out there, I want y’all to know from the bottom of my heart that I love you, I respect you… you’re beautiful and you’re mandatory,” he said while taking a moment to blow a kiss to the camera. “That being said, can some of y’all, please, for the love of God, stop wearing them big, fake-a** eyelashes?”

Spears went on to say that women “have no idea how ridiculous that s**t looks.”

“It looks like you got Pterodactyl wings,” Spears continued. “You don’t need it!”

Spears went on to comment on women who “are not proportioned correctly” and choose to wear false eyelashes. Lastly, the comedian captioned his video with, “STOP IT!!!!!! Them Ÿ’s look RIDICULOUS!”

Here’s Why Aries Spears Previously Made Headlines Alongside Tiffany Haddish

As The Shade Room previously reported, Spears made headlines alongside Tiffany Haddish in September 2022. At the time, the pair had been accused of grooming and molesting seven-year-old and 14-year-old siblings while they filmed a skit.

In response, Haddish’s lawyer called the accusations “frivolous.”

“Every attorney who has initially taken on her case and there were several ultimately dropped the matter once it became clear that the claims were meritless and Ms. Haddish would not be shaken down. Now, Ms. Morris has her adult daughter representing herself in this lawsuit. The two of them will together face the consequences of pursuing this frivolous action,” Andrew Brettler reportedly stated at the time.

The suit against Haddish and Spears was dismissed later that month, per The Shade Room. However, in September 2023, Haddish was reportedly served with a $1 million defamation lawsuit filed by the sibling’s mother, per Atlanta Black Star.
