As The Shade Room previously reported, Diddy was taken into federal custody on Monday, September 16. The following day, a 14-page indictment was released, detailing charges of transportation to engage in prostitution, sex trafficking, and racketeering against the mogul.
On Tuesday, September 17, Diddy appeared in court and pled not guilty to the charges. Additionally, the judge remanded the music mogul to jail ahead of his trial, denying his request for bond.
According to TMZ, new documents show that the mogul is “upping” his bail “offer to the court.” The documents reportedly assert that if the 54-year-old is released to Miami, logs will be handed over of his daily contacts. Additionally, visitors will be limited to “family, property caretakers, and friends.” And no females will be allowed outside of his “family members or mothers of his children.”
Furthermore, the document has asserted that Diddy will have no contact with the witnesses included in his pending trial, and he will reportedly submit to weekly drug testing.
Like his previous $50 million bail request, Diddy is reportedly offering his Miami mansion and mother’s home as collateral for his release.
