According to CBS News, Marc Agnifilo sat down with the outlet’s Jericka Duncan, sharing, in part, what Diddy would like the public to know. Per the lawyer, Diddy feels he’s “reflected on the blessings he’s been given” and his “imperfections.” Furthermore, Agnifilo shared that Diddy hopes to get out of jail and “re-establish” himself as a present father for his children, and son for his mother.
“Does he want to get back into music? Does he want to get back to business? I think he’s someone who’s always going to strive to do something exceptional,” Agnifilo shared.
Although he doubled down on Diddy’s resistance to re-entering the music business, Agnifilo shared that Diddyplans “to be back at Madison Square Garden” when he’s released from prison.
“He said to me he’s going to be back at Madison Square Garden… I guess, being on stage,” Agnifilo explained.

When Diddy will be released from prison remains unclear. As The Shade Room previously reported, earlier this week, Judge Arun Subramanian denied another one of his bail requests following his conviction on prostitution charges in July. At this time, Diddy is scheduled to be sentenced for the charges on October 3.
To note, the 55-year-old’s lawyer isn’t the only one seemingly speaking out on his behalf. Earlier this week, his girlfriend and alleged abuse victim, Gina Huynh, took to social media to advocate for his release.
