Even though were only three months into 2025, social media users are already gearing up to crown whos currently carrying the streaming world this year. The debate kicked off when X user @clippedszn tweeted, Out of these four, which streamer is carrying 2025 so far?along with a photo collage featuring Kai Cenat, IShowSpeed, Plaqueboymax, and DDG.
The debate over whos carrying 2025 is heating up. While fans love to compare, each streamer is doing their thing and bringing something different to the table.
Kai Cenat kicked off the year with his viral Batman stream and has kept the momentum going. Hes also gone live from the Grammys, Rolling Loud with Playboi Carti, and even streamed all the way from Brazil. One thing about Kaihe goes big or goes home, and he always brings his lit personality with him.
Meanwhile, IShowSpeed is keeping things global in a major way. So far, hes streamed from Colombia, Peru, and China, showing up big in every location. Speed never fails to attract a large crowd when hes out of town both online and in person.
Plaqueboymax came into the year strong, streaming almost daily since January. His “In the Booth” freestyles have gone viral and even led to collabs with Will Smith and Wiz Khalifa.
DDG might be new to Twitch, but hes no stranger to content creation. Along with his live dating streams and studio sessions, he keeps fans entertained with funny moments featuring his family members adding a more personal and relatable touch to his streams.
Social media users filled The Shade Room Teens comments with their top picks for whos carrying 2025. Under the same post, Kai Cenat is currently winning the poll, with 57% of the votes, leaving DDG in second with 22%, PlaqueboyMax with 12%, and iShowSpeed trailing at 8%.
While the four steamers led the conversation, many fans couldnt help but give Funny Mike his flowers. He may not be in the official lineup, but that didnt stop people from tagging his name over and over.
