A new sexual assault claim against T.I. and his wife Tameka “Tiny” Harris is currently being investigated in California, according to The Daily Beast.
The Los Angeles Police Department confirmed with The Shade Room that there is an open sexual assault investigation against the couple but said the rest of the details are confidential. This new claim just adds on to the series of allegations against the couple, ones that both T.I. and Tiny have vehemently denied.
The alleged victim, whose identity is being kept anonymous, reportedly met with detectives virtually in April, claiming the assault took place more than a decade ago in 2005. The alleged incident took place at a hotel room where the woman believes she was drugged before being asked to get into a shower with the couple, according to the police report obtained by The Daily Beast.
The woman claims she drank some of Tiny’s Patron earlier in the evening. After showering with the couple, the woman alleges “T.I. turned on a pornographic show, handed the victim a bottle of baby oil and told her to rub his back,” the report said.
Tiny allegedly “sat on victim’s back” before sliding “up and down victim’s back while they were both naked,” according to the report. The woman reportedly felt sick when T.I. allegedly stuck his toes in her vagina.
The woman claims she told T.I. “no” before rushing to the bathroom to vomit. She said her last memory was sitting down on the couch before waking up the next morning with her private area “very sore and had a burning/itching sensation.”
The woman said she was able to leave and get in contact with her friend from that night, who also claimed she became sick after having some of Tiny’s drink.
Getting as detailed as possible for police, the woman claimed Tiny had a genital piercing and gave details about T.I.’s grooming habits.
The Daily Beast also reports a second woman named Rachelle Jenks filed a police report with similar allegations in Las Vegas earlier this month, according to her lawyer Tyrone A. Blackburn. Both women are being represented by Blackburn, who is also handling the claims of several other women who have made similar allegations against the couple.
Jenks’ story was similar in that she also believes she was drugged by a drink allegedly given to her by Tiny. T.I. allegedly gave the woman MDMA and attempted to take off her clothes but the woman said she told him “no” because he was moving too quickly.
Continuing into the night, Jenks stated in her police report that there was an orgy occurring in the room with multiple girls coming in and out of the room. Tiny allegedly asked Jenks to perform oral sex on her, which she did do.
Jenks added T.I. also had vaginal intercourse with her and ejaculated into a condom during the intercourse, according to the report.
“Jenks states that she believes the initial shot of Patron was spiked and because she was drugged and under the influence, she was not able to properly consent to the events that transpired,” the police report said.
In her written statement, Jenks claimed T.I. took her to LA on his tour bus even though she didn’t want to go.
“I was having screaming fits. I was crying and T.I. forced me to have sex with him on his tour bus in LA,” she wrote.
She claimed that T.I. later took her ID and told her they’d be going to Florida.
“When we arrived to Miami… I was forced to have sex with multiple women that I did not know,” she added.
Eventually, Jenks said she was finally able to leave, but due to the alleged drugging and events, she wrote that her “life has never been the same. I have been sick and confused.”
In March, Blackburn sent letters to authorities in California and Georgia calling for an investigation into his clients’ claims. He described his clients’ allegations as an “eerily” similar pattern of “events of sexual abuse, forced ingestion of illegal narcotics, kidnapping, terroristic threats, and false imprisonment.”
We’ll keep you posted on any updates in this investigation.
