Prayers Up! Tamar Braxton Says She Doesn’t Recall Incident That Caused Fractured Nose & Missing Teeth

Fans and celebrity peers are sending up prayers and well-wishes for Tamar Braxton. The singer dropped a bombshell announcement on her IG Story on Tuesday (August 19), revealing that she was in a severe accident that she can’t recall. Tamar said she “almost died” and took to social media to let her loved ones know she’s receiving their messages.

Tamar Braxton Describes Extensive Damage To Her Face

Though she revealed the severe accident, she did not share a photo of her injuries. However, her written post shared some details, sparking major concerns about her health on her social media platforms. Tamar opened by saying that she struggled to pen the message, but the phone calls haven’t stopped. Braxton said that she “almost died on Sunday,” seemingly referencing August 17. She added that a friend found her “in a pool of blood with a face injury.”

“As the days go by the worse it is. I fractured my nose, lost some teeth and mobility,” Tamar Braxton said.

The artist added that she looks at life totally different now. “As my health is on the mend my mental journey begins..pray for me for real. I don’t even know what happened to me,” she wrote.

From the looks of her Instagram page, Tamar Braxton has been enjoying her summertime. From being outside with friends to hopping in the booth, the artist has been doing her thing! Earlier this month, she stepped out to a lounge-looking setting in a casual ‘fit and was tearing up the dance floor. A few days later, she uploaded a cute selfie video from behind the wheel with an uplifting caption: “Let the sunshine in, have a great day!” Before uploading her health update on Tuesday, Tamar shared a promotional video for the MTV show ‘Double Life.’
