Tamar Braxton Shares A Message About Self-Love Days Ahead Of Her 45th Birthday

Tamar Braxton is ready to welcome year 45 on March 17. But until then, her social media followers and fans are in for a special treat. The singer kicked off her birthday countdown with a lingerie look and a message about self-love. And according to Tamar, this post is just the first of all the self-love vibes folks will see leading up to her big day!

Tamar took to Instagram with her message and accompanying video. In the short clip, Tamar struck a few front-facing poses in front a full-length mirror. She wore a three-piece, white lingerie set. The set included a lacy bra with matching panties featuring cutouts in the front. She also wore an unfastened, white garter around her waist.

“Some of yall will say this is a thirst trap! And youre right! But the attention Im seeking is for MYSELF to MYSELF! This is me in all of my SELFLOVE GLORY,” Tamar wrote in her caption.
She continued on speaking about her physical body and plans leading up to her birthday.
“I will not hide my scars, I will not be ashamed of my past, my flaws, or my body!! I will love ALL of me just as I am! Get ready for all the self love posts for 16 days all the way up to #sttamarsday. Im on the road to 45ine,” Tamar wrote.

While Tamar’s current focus is on herself, she’s also previously mentioned wanting that sweet, romantic love. After Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker announced their engagement to the world, Tamar joined the conversation surrounding Kourt’s newfound happiness.

For those unaware, Tamar was previously married. She exchanged vows with Vince Herbert in 2008 after meeting in 2003, perEssence.The ex-couple welcomed a son named Logan in 2013. But by 2020, Tamar had filed for divorce from Vince — one month prior to their ninth wedding anniversary. She later spoke on her decision to part ways.
