According to the university’s official website, Howard’s homecoming kicked off on Saturday, October 14, and ended on Monday, October 23. This year’s theme encompassed “revival,” which the school elaborates as a “time to recapture the enthusiasm of the past, rekindle our flames of school pride, and reconnect with the stories and memories that make Howard special.”

With that theme, it’s no wonder teens and young adults were hopping fences to get inside the university’s tailgate. The tailgate took place on Saturday, October 21, beginning at 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Howard Center Parking Lot.
