Terry Crews Responds After He Faces Backlash For Demanding That People Boycott Magic City

Lately, Terry Crews has been making headlines for the things he has been saying on Twitter as he shares his opinion on different situations, and recently he demanded the boycott of a popular strip club.

On Thursday, he tweeted, “BOYCOTT MAGIC CITY #blacklovematters.”

Many people were not here for his comment and called him out. One person being Bow Wow who said, “Aye bruh u been on some flu a** sh*t lately. Leave ATL out yo mouth! Magic is a staple here and it ain’t going nowhere. Just keep doing the robot and save yo self the public embarrassment.”

For those who may not know, Magic City is a popular strip club in Atlanta.

Terry’s comment came right after athletes across major league sports decided to boycott their games Wednesday night in response to the shooting of Jacob Blake. The Milwaukee Bucks led the way, and soon the rest of the NBA and other major league sports followed behind.

Friday morning, Terry took a minute to discuss the now-deleted tweet.

He said, “My tweet yesterday however was well-intentioned, was ill-timed. I pray for the many women trapped and trafficked in the life of the sex industry and see no way out. I want them to know they are not a product to be used, but people to be loved.”

Terry continued, “I pray for the swift recovery of Jacob Blake, and can find no justification for shooting a man 7 times in the back in front of his children.”

This is not the first time Terry has been called out by fellow celebrities. Earlier this month, Rick Ross referred to Terry as c**n in his latest record “Pinned To The Cross.” Terry responded and said that he felt “FAMOUS,” after someone asked him how did he feel about getting roasted on the record.
