Tessica Brown Shuts Down Rumors Of Filing Gorilla Glue Lawsuit During Recent Appearance On ‘The Real’

Roommates, although she is finally free from the Gorilla Glue mishap that went viral across the country, Tessica Brown is still telling her story and clearing up a few rumors in the process. During a recent interview on the daytime talk show ‘The Real,’ Tessica Brown shut down rumors that she plans to sue Gorilla Glue for millions.

When asked by co-host Garcelle Beauvais if she intended to sue Gorilla Glue for the pain and suffering she endured after putting the product in her hair, Tessia Brown set the record straight. She explained that not only did she never plan on suing the company—she said she didn’t even know where the rumor came from.

She also took full responsibility for placing the glue in her head and stated that she never placed the blame on the company because it was her decision to use the product as a substitute for edge control.

Elsewhere in the interview, Tessica thanked Dr. Michael Obeng for being the surgeon to successfully remove the Gorilla Glue from her head. “Dr. Obeng, I thank you so much. I was trying to write you a letter, but I think it’s turning into a book at this point,” she said.

In response, Dr. Obeng thanked Tessica for her recent donation of her GoFundMe account:

“I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart and on behalf of the Foundation for Reconstructive Surgery, thank you for your donation. People don’t understand what this donation is going to do. People like yourself, people like the ladies on this show…because of you guys and because of all my friends and well-wishers and my patients in Beverly Hills, we have restored over 1500 people in seven different countries and three different continents all free of charge. So, this money is going to very good use. Because of you, we can touch more people and help more people and improve communities, so thank you very much.”

Tessica Brown also showed off her brand new cropped hair cut that was done by a stylist shortly after the glue was removed.
