The Kardashian/Jenner Family Reportedly Files Court Motion To Have Blac Chyna’s $140 Million Lawsuit Dismissed

As the highly intense court case involving Blac Chyna and the Kardashian-Jenner family continues, there has been a brand new development that could possibly bring the trial to a screeching halt. According to new reports, the Kardashian-Jenner family has officially filed a motion via their attorney, to have Blac Chyna’s $140 million lawsuit dismissed.

According to recent court documents obtained by @PageSix, the Kardashian-Jenner family has reportedly filed an emergency motion to ask the judge to formally dismiss Blac Chyna’s $140 million lawsuit. Michael Rhodes, the Kardashian-Jenner family attorney, stated “Before trial began, these claims were absurd. Now that Plaintiff has testified in her entirety and has no additional testimony or evidence to offer on her damages, Defendants respectfully submit that entering such an instruction would be a vastly inadequate remedy.”

Rhodes also further argued in the motion to dismiss the lawsuit, that Blac Chyna’s request for $140 million in damages ($109,635,021 in economic damages and $36,000,000 in general damages for emotional distress) are “unsupported and wildly speculative claims” because she has not provided the appropriate accounting records to support her financial claims.

Additionally, Rhodes also revealed that Blac Chyna was court-ordered to produce full and complete tax returns from the present through March 2020. However, Rhodes claimed that Chyna told her accountant to “stop preparing her returns dating back to 2019.”

As we previously reported, earlier this week Kylie Jenner testified that her ex-boyfriend Tyga (also the father of Blac Chyna’s son) told her that the large scar on his arm was the result of Chyna stabbing him—and Kris Jenner testified that Chyna said she would kill Kylie Jenner.
