As previously reported, Mathew Knowles addressed the viral PIX11 clip that had the internet buzzing, insisting he doesnt do interviews he has conversations. Mathew claimed his now-famous question, What work did she put in? was simply meant to clarify Tinas contributions to Destinys Child, not diminish them.
He expressed bafflement at the backlash, saying, You cant even find a negative comment Ive ever said about Tina People try to bait us all the time. Mathew also defended his relationship with Tina Knowles, stressing that he always refers to her as his former wife out of respect, never as an ex, and hinted hes evaluating all legal remedies over what he called a misrepresentation of his words.
