Toosii is making it clear hes not the one to play with when it comes to his spot in the rap game. The ‘Favorite Song’ rapper had time this week after a viral tweet claimed Rod Wave and NBA YoungBoy were forcing him onto their audiences. Instead of letting the chatter slide, Toosii pulled out receipts and reminded folks who he really is.
On Wednesday, Toosii took to X (formerly Twitter) to set the record straight after a post began making its rounds online. The commenter wrote, Can YB and Rod stop tryna force Toosii into our ears please.
Toosii wasted no time responding. He clapped back by sharing a video of a packed crowd screaming along to his hit track, ‘Favorite Song,’ proving he’s right where he should be. In his tweet, the rapper also teased a collaboration with NBA YoungBoy thats set to drop soon. This wouldnt be his first major co-sign; he previously opened up for Rod Waves ‘Nostalgia: The Last Lap Tour’ in 2024 and is currently on the road with YoungBoy for his ‘MASA Tour.’
As always, the internet had plenty to say over in The Shade Room Teens comment section. Some fans came to Toosii’s defense, while others doubled down on the critique.

While Toosii was addressing his critics, NBA YoungBoy had a heartfelt moment of his own on the MASA Tour. YB officially hit the stage for the first time in five years this week, kicking things off with two sold-out nights in Dallas. Following his second show, he dropped an emotional message on Instagram alongside footage of a cheering crowd.
The first show was a statement to me, but this second show I was so overwhelmed with love I couldnt understand. Dallas I wont forget this night,” he captioned the post.
