TSR Foodies: KFC Is Now Selling Fried Chicken Skin
Okay KFC, we see y’all out here trying to be innovative… If all you like about the fast food chain is their fried chicken skin, I’m here to make your day. KFC is reportedly selling their fried chicken skin—that’s right, no meat, just skin. Before you get excited—or relieved—it’s important to know that this new treat is not in all parts of the world yet. The initial announcement was made by KFC in Indonesia.
The post reads that the fried chicken is available at six KFC locations in Indonesia: Salemba, Cideng, Kemang, Kalimalang, and Kelapa Gading. According to Fox News, the fried chicken skin is also being sold in Thailand. The sun reports that people who tasted KFC’s fried chicken skin described it as “salty” and “different from what you’d expect”. Reportedly, the skins are out here selling out too! "This is a test product flavored with Zabb seasoning, a KFC Thailand fan favorite, and is available at select stores across Thailand. Where available, you can try it in two sizes- an individual serving for 49 THB or a larger, sharing portion for 139 THB." A KFC global spokesperson told Fox News.
