TSR Fresh Out: Apollo Nida Re-Released From Prison Into A Philadelphia Halfway House

Roommates, Apollo Nida’s prison journey has been a unique one to say the least. But, it looks like he’s a little closer to being a free man! As we previously reported, Phaedra Parks’ ex-husband was originally released from prison on June 4.

Nine days later, he found himself back behind bars after violating the terms of his release.

According to Radar, Apollo has now been re-released, and is living in a halfway house in Philadelphia.

As we previously reported, Apollo was sentenced to eight years in federal prison for fraud after cashing stolen checks and laundering over $2.3 million through bank accounts.

He was originally scheduled to be released from prison on October 15, but was granted early release for good behavior.

During his time in prison, Apollo proposed to his boo Sherien Almufti back in 2016. She was right by his side during his first release in June, and it’s safe to say she was waiting for her man this time around too!

“As the ocean has no end, so does my love for you!,” she writes in an Instagram post.

Although it is not clear what rules Apollo broke when he was first released, we can say that halfway house living is no joke! There are very strict rules and regulations you must follow in order to remain out of the clink.

We hope Apollo can keep it together this time. If he doesn’t, he could go back to jail until his original release date on October 15.
