TSR Positive Images: 6-Year-Old Boy Who Used His Birthday Money To Help Hurricane Dorian Evacuees Gifted With Surprise Trip To Disney World

TSR Positive Images: This story is a true testament to those of us who believe those who bless others will get those blessings returned to them. That’s certainly the case for 6-year-old Jermaine Bell, who used his birthday money he saved up to help Hurricane Dorian evacuees.

Young Jermaine of South Carolina had been saving his cash because he wanted to take his family to Disney World for his seventh birthday. He decided that the money he was saving up for his big Disney trip could go to better use by helping those in need.

He took the money and bought hundreds of hot dogs, then passed out meals and other supplies to Hurricane Dorian evacuees who were passing through his hometown of Allendale, South Carolina, according to CNN.

Upon hearing of Jermaine’s kindness and generosity, Disney decided to give Jermaine and his family a free trip to the Magic Kingdom. A Disney bus pulled up to Jermaine’s house this past weekend and cast members hopped out, surprising him with the good news that his birthday trip was back on.

“Be strong. And if you do something good, good will come back to you,” Jermaine said after receiving his surprise.
