Congrats are in order for Demetria McKinney and her longtime boyfriend of eight years, producer Roger Bobb! 

The two got engaged on New Years Day in Detroit where she was opening up for R. Kelly at his NYE concert. A rep close the couple says they are ready to walk down the aisle and a September wedding might be in the works. Congratulations to the couple!
