A lawyer for the man, identified as Michael Williams, told @TMZ_tv that he turned himself into the Atlanta Police Department today. Williams is being charged with murder.
Williams attorney says his client denies the allegations that he fatally shot Sutton. Its unclear at this time the association between the two men.
