#Roommates, two decorated U.S. soldiers have pled guilty to conspiring to transport $1 million worth of cocaine from Columbia to the United States using a military plane!
According to @Newsweek, former Master Sergeant #DanielGould and Sergeant 1st Class #HenryRover were caught attempting to transport 90 pounds of cocaine. According to a report from #ArmyTimes, the duo reportedly were already successfully trafficking a large quantity of illicit drugs and selling it to a distributor in Florida.
Apparently, they used a hollowed-out punching bag to make the drugs undetectable. In regards to the incident, the Justice Department stated: “Suspicion was aroused at the United States Embassy when packages were X-rayed, revealing cocaine within gutted out punching bags.”
The soldiers now face up tp 10 years in prison and will be sentenced on March 12th.
