It looks like Ty Dolla Sign has reached a deal in his Georgia drug possession case.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, last week Atlanta prosecutors were able to reach a deal with Ty Dolla Sign, which includes him entering an online drug prevention program. If he is able to avoid marijuana and Rx drugs then his two felonies and misdemeanor will be dropped.

According to the site, Georgia calls this the Second Chance program that usually lasts about 13 weeks.

Ty Dolla Sign will also be subject to random drug tests while being a part of the program.

As we previously reported, he was arrested back in September after police allegedly found marijuana and cocaine in the vehicle he was riding in. He and his team were heading to a show where he was scheduled to perform.

Sources connected to the case told TMZ that the deal was reached after Ty’s attorney met with prosecutors, and pointed out the weakness of the case.
