#Usher is reportedly hoping to get his anonymous herpes accuser punished after she failed to answer questions about her personal life in her sexual battery case against him.
Usher filed court docs, which were obtained by @bossipofficial, last week asking the judge presiding over the woman’s civil case against him to fine her at least $2,500 because she didn’t answer any of his legal team’s questions during a deposition late last month.
The woman’s lawyers actually advised the woman not to answer the questions because they argued that the line of questioning was a major invasion of her privacy. But Usher’s lawyer said that the woman is still required to answer the questions, and now they have filed a protective order in the case that would shield the accuser’s answers about her personal life from the public as well as the media.
Usher’s legal team wants to work things out with the woman and said they reached out to her attorneys to try and solve this issue outside of court. But apparently, the woman is reportedly not having it and Usher’s lawyers say her reasoning was so absurd that she and her attorneys should be fined at least $2,500.
The mystery woman’s allegations are part of a lawsuit accusing Usher of knowingly giving herpes simplex to at least three people, including the woman, infamous Usher accuser Quantasia Sharpton and an anonymous man.
Earlier this year, Usher settled another lawsuit from accuser Laura Helm who claimed he gave her herpes following two intimate encounters.
A judge has yet to rule on Usher’s motion regarding his anonymous accuser. We’ll keep you posted on any updates, Roommates.
