WAGS Scammed: Inside The Designer Hustle Targeting Athlete Girlfriends | TSR Investigates

WAGS, the wives and girlfriends of high-profile sports figures, say they’re being targeted and scammed. The females, who are known for poppin’ out at the games in custom drip, say they’ve all been promised pieces by a designer, WAGS Unlimited, whose only delivery was allegedly runnin’ off with their cash.

From failed refunds to fake receipts Justin Carter is looking into it all. This, for the latest episode of The Shade Room‘s ‘TSR Investigates.’

More On The WAGS & Their Claims Of Being Scammed

According to Diana Kannan, she was one of “hundreds and hundreds” of women who fell victim to the scam. Per Carter, she dropped a $200 deposit for a custom bomber jacket, a pair of sweatpants, a tank top, and a dress. This, all to wear to her fianc’s basketball game. But when she posted a clip on TikTok, sharing that she was expecting the pieces from WAGS Unlimited, she received a plethora of comments telling her to beware.

Then, when Kannan didn’t receive photos of her expected items, the owner, Kayla, offered to send a refund which Kannan says she initially never received until she went viral with her experience. Additionally, Kimora Gilyard had a similar experience.

“[But] when I received [my custom] jacket, the letters [of his last name] were completely to the right. The “S” was on the shoulder, and she told me that the postal package did that,” Gilyard recalled to Carter.
