Roommates, according to reports from TMZ, former “That’s So Raven” star Kyle Massey now has a warrant out for his arrest, after a Washington State judge officially signed the warrant because he missed his arraignment in his ongoing sexual misconduct case with a minor.
King County prosecutors in the case, say that Kyle Massey was scheduled to appear in court earlier today, but never showed up—causing the judge to sign a $100k warrant for his arrest. This marks the second time he has missed a mandatory court appearance.
Meanwhile, Kyle’s attorney, Lee Hutton, fired back at the claims from the prosecutors and stated that he and the rest of Kyle’s legal team, made multiple calls to the King County District Attorney’s office but they allegedly never received a response.
Hutton continued, adding that Kyle has yet to be served with any warrant and that they are “concerned with the misrepresentations made in court. Indeed, we will move forward to defend these allegations but also determine why due process has not been followed.”

As we previously reported, Kyle Massey was being sued by a 13-year-old girl back in 2019, who accused him of sending her a sexually explicit video and photos. Fast forward to the present, and now he has been officially charged with one felony count of communication with a minor for immoral purposes in relation to the lawsuit.
The young girl (who has not been identified due to her age) filed a lawsuit against Kyle Massey for $1.5 million for allegedly sending “numerous sexually explicit text messages, images, and videos” on Snapchat.
He has denied all allegations and stands firm on his belief that he’s being extorted.
