Summer ’16 is off to a cold start! After being arrested in 2013 and then pleading guilty to firearm possession in May 2014, it has been confirmed that Gucci Mane has been released from prison!
Gucci’s longtime girlfriend Keyshia Ka-oir set the internet ablaze when she snapchatted their reunion. To top things off, she showed us that Gucci’s famous beer belly is long gone! Keyshia showed off her man’s new body and so clear what he spent his time on while locked up.
On the come home, his boo blessed him with a new Maybach and a few plaques he received while doing time.
Gucci, who will be on house arrest for a few months and then probation, according to TMZ, is known for being a pioneer in the trap rap scene, he has always had an eye for talent and has been the reason behind a lot of people’s come ups!
Young Thug, Waka Flocka, Rich Homie Quan and even Nicki Minaj are just a few of the rappers who can thank Gucci Mane for allowing them to feature on his tracks that the streets love. If you didn’t know, it Nicki Minaj actually worked with Gucci Mane first before she signed with Young Money.
Mike WiLL Made It, Zaytoven and Metro Boomin were producing tracks and making beats for Guwop long before they had tracks all over the radio. In an interview with NOISEY, Metro Boomin said that Gucci has one of the best ears in the industry and is a “big homie” to everybody.
Gucci Mane also helped introduce the world to Migos and rappers like Young Dolph and Peewee Longway. His resume is stacked and we are beyond excited to see what hot tracks come from him this summer.
