Wells Fargo Employee Accused Of Stealing More Than $88K From Bank Vault, Got Caught Flexing With The Cash On Social Media

Roommates, use the following story as a cautionary tale for when flexing on the Gram goes ALL the way wrong. A former Wells Fargo employee from Charlotte, North Carolina, is being accused of stealing nearly $90,000 in cash from the bank he worked at.

FBI agents arrested 29-year-old Arlando Henderson for stealing more than $88,000 in cash,  according to WCNC. In a federal indictment investigators said on at least 18 occasions this year, Henderson stole cash from the bank’s vault then later deposited the money into his own account using a nearby ATM.

The FBI also says Henderson destroyed certain documents and made false entries in the bank’s books to cover up the theft. As if that poorly-led paper trail wasn’t enough to get him caught, Henderson went ahead and made things worse by flexing the alleged stolen cash on social media, taking selfies while holding large stacks of cash.
