A new docuseries about Wiz Khalifa, titled Wiz Khalifa: Behind The Cam will be coming to Apple Music later this month.
According to Variety, the five-episode series will feature archival footage as it shows the rise of Wiz Khalifa throughout his successful career. The series will also feature interviews from some of his family members and close friends, as it goes into the most intimate aspects of Wizs life.
Wiz expressed his excitement for the series and said, Taylor Gang has been with me since the start, so I wanted to make something to show just how far weve come.
Producers for the project include SMAC Entertainment, Taylor Gang, Dirty Robber, and Atlantic Records.
Michael Strahan, who serves as an executive producer said, Wiz and I both share a passion for family, friendship and hard work, and thats exactly what youll see from him in this series. Were excited to team up with Apple Music and give the world an intimate look into the rise of an entertainment icon.
